Interview with Marcia Freedman, pioneer of Israeli feminism
There is an article in today's Haaretz with an interview with Marcia Freedman, pioneer Israeli feminist and 1970s MK... and an American. Her book about her efforts is interesting not just for feminist issues but also to for its insights about American social activism in Israel. In this interview, she reflects on her life and work, although she's been out of Israel for a while. Still, she's a bit optimistic. Worth the read.
